yup, big fruit bats. but, now they have no home. mwhahahaha.
hmm, i never realised how odd looking the mouse glands were that i took out (i'm doing figures for a chapter on mice mammary glands). oh, if only that project had worked, it would have been so cool.

where will those bat go now?
zip file
the bats will go back to the forrest where they should have been in the first place.
they shouldn't be living inside a city center, not enough food for them, pests that will attack them, greater chance of getting diseases (and spreading it to humans and other animals)... and less chance of me throwing things at them at night because they're so noisy.
unzip
true. I know how irritating are noisy neighbours. Maybe I should also try and see if throwing things at them works.
Mouse mammary glands... dunno much about breast cancer but the only paper I have read about breast cancer was a recent paper saying mesenchymal stem cells protect breast cancer cells or something like that. I finally could get to somewhere about my mice cross-breeding thing; the whole thing will take a hell lot of time and I would have already be settled somewhere else before it is complete. It is kind of relief

Woah! Just had an earthquake here! its helping to mix my solutions
ursula andress
woah... is it a big one? are you ok?
San Andres
hey guys.....what's this I read...a quake, Lost-san? the more reason not to work on Fridays....
Bond girl
Nah...not that big here anyway- 2 on the intensity scale, I think it was a 6.3 off the coast. Here we just felt like we were at sea and the wheely chair moved a little
Strawberry Fields
is there any sort of "get out of the building now or every one will be squished" alarm? what's the normal procedure for a quake?
Killing fields
Nope- there was no alarm for us, we sat round going "Ooooh earthquake" and checked the intensity online. They don't even leave the lab when the fire alarm goes off- which I find disturbing. It was dead strict with fire alarm practices in the UK.. here I reckon they would carry on working and roast.
I don't know if they would be a "leave now or be squished alarm" during a biggy, me I would already heading for the stairs, although that wouldn't help much being on the 7th floor
