Well, it was not that interesting. I cooked chicken and mushroom. I was thinking of cooking something from the cookbook I have but.. . blame the weather How do U think would yogurt with garlic taste?

I think yoghurt and garlic is fine- depends on the dish. Just make sure you've got plenty of mints for afterwards

most of the dishes use garlic-yogurt sauce and I am not sure I want to have that. I tried making that sauce and tasted it. It was not that bad but yogurt without garlic is much better.
I am still flipping through and looking at what can be done.

Good morning, V3. Yes, it might depend upon the type of yogurt but for any give kind of yogurt, the one without garlic will taste much better than the one with.

also depends if the garlic is cooked before adding it to the yoghurt.

and I also like garlic yoghurt- tzatziki, the thick greek yoghurt with cucumbers and garlic...nice with roasted chicken or used as dip for crudites or potato chips......isn't the Indian raita the equivalent?
