really? they said it was gritty, bloody and more realistic than the the airy-fairy versions of Robin Hood...but perhaps it's just our newspaper......
@dr H: he's a singer too? What a talent then....better than me....

I also read average reviews...not the good old-fashioned hero for the poor, but more like one of the Spartans in 300...
and Peter Sellers was a great singer...awkward but great

Just coming back from the theatre.

Really? 7/10?? I did not watch it yet, but I can tell you right now that movie is a 4/10 tops!
I watched "The Host", I liked it (3/5). The director has quite a style. I saw 3 movies of him (Mother, Memories of murders, and The host) and all of them had something interesting. I love his style and rhythm.
I saw as well "Youth in revolt" with Michael Cera...It was ok, lets say 2/5.
Prince of Persia- 6.5/10
there's something about the sand and glowing light and funny banter that makes me like this movie alot..Its a great antedote to rainy days.

for the movie alone, I would give 4/10; but just like U said. . . there was a hint of someone/two from bioforum world making me want to give more.
