Hi mdfenko...
you should also see the original "oceans eleven" (frank sinatra as ocean).
hi hobglobin
oh yes I forgot that, Hollywood's preference for remakes and serials...

actually, I've watched bits and pieces of both films with George Clooney but aren't there better heist films?

They are not bad, better than Hollywood's average I think. "Reservoir dogs" is one of the best I know...Ronin is also great, Jackie Brown too. The Thomas Crown films (the original with Steve McQueen). And old but good, you won't know it: "To Catch a Thief"...black and white...
Reservoir Dogs is perfect... I really love Tarantino, I think he is one of the best (and with only 6 movies!)
Oceanīs eleven (the remake) is funny, and actually I like the actors, Clooney and Pitt are really good for comedy (these guys normally know how to choose movies!)
You should check out this two movies: "Moon" and "Hump Day" . They are really good movies with excellent performance. And both are from this year so you should be able to find them!!!

hi laurequillo,
you're a Tarantino fan, eh? I only saw Pulp and the twice killed Bill and yup, his films are surreal...now I've to look for this Reservoir Dogs and Jackie Brown so they better be good....

ok, missed that one too.....but his films are a bit violent so I don't line up to see them...I see enough violence in hockey ...but I'll try...any other recommendations?
Well Iglorious Basterds is not really violent (maybe one or two scenes).

500 days of Summer
An education
District 9

Fantastic Mr. Fox
And the worst movie everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr is.... The lovely Bones!!! my good!!! I wanted to rip my eyes out of my face during that movie.... That is the movie I would not see again ever!!!
