I did not watch Paranormal Activity, normally the horror movies do not appeal to me; But now I have here to watch a "horror" movie called The Host (I guess is not the same kind of horror...). It is a corean movie from the same director than "Memories of murder" and "Mother" two really good movies. I give them both 4 stars.
As long as is the same director I am gonna give it a try!

A word of adviece...DO NOT WATCH "Leap Year" or "The bounty Hunter"....my god, I couldnt watch more than 5 minutes! Those movies were Sooooo bad!! (I know I just watched 5 minutes....but believe me, I could tell!)

Gerald Butler should not do other movies than those in which he screams "THIS IS SPARTA!!!!"

oh then my dictionary was right...
Didn't watch the host...anyway paranormal act. was recommended here, but really not for me, somewhat boring...some horror is really good, even sometimes splatter (such as braindead)...but it really depends...many films are just crap...

I really don't see why there's a fascination in watching horror movies- to scare the crap out of yourself...and you pay to do this...

-casandra-

Not really a fan. I like better the horror movies like "Shaun of the dead"

you pay some euros...or download them...anyway some are exciting, and have so much suspension...no thriller or detective story can reach this...and if it's a good mix of horror and fun (Tremors is a great movie), the better it is...

or as LQ mentioned, parodies are nice too
