Banana yoghurt and coffee. Massaging my brain into gear to do some work.
Curtis- you should plan a trip to Sapporo for the ramen! Its legendary amongst many tourists (there are whole areas of town devoted to ramen), we super unhealthy miso ramen with buttered corn in it or you can your more traditional ramen with the pink swirly fishcake (I suspect thats what you see in Naruto). don't forget to practice your best and loudest slurping noises whilst you eat it!
morning!
my breakfast is only a cup of tea. koucha. english tea, is it?
oh...hungry...can`t wait until lunch time
yosh, today`s lunch: tenpura udon!

sounds good to me... though no wonder you're hungry with only a cup of tea.
English tea for me- with milk naturally! I even like to dunk my biscuits in it, much to the amusement of my lab colleagues.

BB..you're there again at 4 am? Your time calculation sucks...don't forget the keys this time......it's still konbanwa, eh?
yeah, time calculation does suck - I don't know how I make it wrong. I aim to make it in the evening but after I finish setting up the culture and later revise my protocol . . my 'pm' has to be changed to 'am'.
And, Casandra, what are U doing in BF on weekend?
