According to traditional Chinese medicine,it will.
More precisely,it will make people weak,likely to feel cold on hands and foot,while feel aching and soft on foot,as well as bad memory,etc.
If this situition continues,it will eventually shorten people's life span.
Moreover,it is said by them that kidney is in charge of the sexual ability,while it is also important to many other aspects of people's healthy.
Can you see any rationality there?

There is nothing wrong with using herbs and stuff that do work (some stuff does work, a lot of medicins are made from herbs etc), but pls, dont believe everything....

Besides not only chinese traditional medicine tells this: christians (real "believers") also say that mastrubation is bad and will send you to hell.... and I think muslims also believe something like this, not sure on that however.

Only if you masturbate excessively, it become harmful to your health. Forget all the so-called theories in Chinese medicine, they are almost all garbage. Its wrong view toward masturbation actually does harm people psychologically.
