What kind of operating system are you using? - (Mar/03/2009 )
after watching the futuristic video posted by BB i've been wondering how many people will be able to use that technology, and i don't mean by the access to these devices but by just looking around i have seen lots of people frustrated by using the 'mighty mouse' by apple, i can't imagine those people using only touch screens
another video i found interesting, and closer to reality, by Davind Merril at MIT: the siftables

my friends switched from windows to mac, but i am too lazy and just stick with windows.
I am really excited by Palms WebOS.

No? So what was the excitement all about ...gosh, perlmunk, you can give a lesson to the advertising people esp of Palms WebOS...
It the foundation of the Palm Pre - for Geeks it very very interesting - a possible iPhone killer (I had to type that)

ok then....I am all for competition and anything that can possibly kill off iPhone would make me happy too . However, it can't have more features than iPhone which can practically do everything even your taxes... so what's the catch? It can't be free....

it's not (as far as i know)
It is more feature rich than the iphone - for a start it has copy and paste as well as running multiple apps running at once. Oh and the dev kit is going to give developers full hooks into the system.
