That's a good point, Dr. H. Americans sometimes talk about Asia as if the population is homogenous, too.

I'm (jokingly) protesting the comparison--superimposing the US over Africa is like comparing one basket of strawberries to the whole produce section.

as alternative this map...once saw a better one but it changes quite often anyway I think...
