pcr ligation - (Sep/16/2005 )
Hi ,
Is it possible to ligate 2 pcr products which have compatible restriction sites in plasmid at one time ?
Thanks
Shilpa.

It is certainly possible, however in my experience it's not that efficient, so you might have to check a lot of clones for your two inserts. You could simply do it sequentially?

Possible but not likely. It is much better to clone the PCR products using a vector like Topo then subcloning from there.
