In frame stop codon! - (Aug/14/2005 )

The first in-frame STOP codon after the methionine sometimes is not used as a STOP codon. Can you guys suggest why this has happened?

stop suppressors can do job... if i'm not wrong, it's from uncorrect tRNA that recognize the codon and place an aminoacide.
for other ways, i don't have things correct to said so i will do silence on this point.
