The front of my WB is irregular. All the coments are helpful, thanks.

Could be that you are running the gel too hot (getting a smile in your gel), or it could be that your solutions are going off, so the gel polymerises in a strange manner, causing the front to be wavy.

Try getting fresh acrylamide, APS and TEMED, and go from there.
