problems with membrane fraction - (Jun/29/2005 )

I'm trying to prepare lysis buffer for renal membrane extraction. This method
was published in ''Hypertension'' (December 1997). Unfortunately,I haven't got
any results using protocol published in this paper. Could anibody please mail me
the adjective protocol of membrane fraction preparation? Should I know any
details during preparation?

Can't help specifically, but did you look up the references that the paper your are referring to used.
