GST proteins detection - (May/11/2005 )

Hi,

I've got a big problem with my GST pulldown experiments. After running my samples, GST-fusion proteins where detected by my antibody; and this antibody isn't an anti-GST!!!!!!

umm, i'm a little confused... was the anitbody for the protein that you fused to GST?
