phospho-(Ser) PKC substrate antibody - (Apr/26/2005 )

hi all,

has anybody of u have experience using this antibody(mentioned in the title) from cell signaling(the company). if yes, then does your sequence have the same motif that the company has mentioned i.e. -2R, hydrophobic +1, +2R.
please let me know. i have a motif that contains -3R, hydrophobic+1, +2R. will the antibody recognize this motif??
if anybody of u has some experience please let me know.
