non denaturating PAGE protocol - (Apr/19/2005 )
Dear all,
can anyone tell me the right protocol for a 12% non denaturating PAGE.
Expecting a reply, best regards.
hi,
i would suggest that u check the website by Wiley Interscience. the url is as follows: http://www.mrw.interscience.wiley.com/cp/c...ontents_fs.html . go to chapter 10 on electrophoresis and u can find the protocol for electrophoresis under non-denaturing conditions.
i hope this helps. u can find many other topics. i would say this website is really good.
gud luck!!

Hi supriya
I would like to ask you how can I get access to the PDF files of this page:
http://www.mrw.interscience.wiley.com/cp/c...ontents_fs.html
I have already a subcription but I think it is not enough.

hi Isys,
i think if u have a subscription it should work. in my institute i already had access so i did not have to subscribe. i really have no idea why its not working! if u want i can attach the PDF and send it to u. that´s the only help i can offer.
regards
supriya
You can also find a copy of the protocol on Invitrogen's Website:
https://catalog.invitrogen.com/index.cfm?fu...C530D97CCD9C5D8
If the link is no longer active, just google "One-Dimensional Electrophoresis Using Nondenaturing Conditions" for protocols.
