Need protocol for SDS-Page on protein extracted from soil - (Mar/16/2005 )

I am a student and I must do some SDS-Page electrophoresis on protein extract from soil How to make it? What protocol use?

And, after I must do 2D electrophoresis . Have you some protocols or idea to make this?

it is very simple, please refer the Laboratory manual for molecular cloning, by Maniantis & sambrook et al., it explains all about. regarding 2D depends on the electrohoretic system you can ask your supplier and they should give all the details wit the demo... good luck. i hope my info will be very late to you.. bye
