Problems with phospho-MAP and phospho-FAK - No signal by WB. (Feb/18/2005 )

Hi, there.

I have problems with anti-phospho-MAPK and anti-phospho-FAK antibodies form cell signaling. I have tried with several changes in transfer and blocking time, antibody dilution, wash time, etc, and i have no signal. Does anyone have good conditions for this antibodies? I'll really appreciate any help.

I use anti-phospho fak from biosource and it works great
make sure you have vanadate in your lysis buffer and that everything's on ice
