quesiton about GST fusion protein - (Feb/07/2005 )

hi,guys:
I am trying to purify GST-fusion protein, my protein is not stable and easy to degrade. Then I try to cleave the GST, but it can't be cleaved,GST keeps binding on beads.what's the problem?
