i've a sample of rat's spinal cordal amogenated with MOPS buffer, if i ad protease inhibitor, can i search with western apoptosi's proteins? you have a protocoll for this investigation?

Using PMSF does not interfere with Western Blot procedures. I hope I got your question correctly though.
