Taq polymerase - Produce and Purify (Dec/02/2004 )

Hi,

Has anyone tried producing and purifying your own Taq polymerase?

Never tried it myself, but I know it is possible... even though it is pretty long. My boss' always saying he's gonna make the next training student prepare a whole bucket of it!!!
