Dephosphorylation of proteins in lysate - need a protocol (Jan/10/2009 )

Hi,

I was looking for the better method for dephosphorylation of proteins in cell lysate, i found one thread in bioforum when I searched it on google but now i can't find it here, i guess its deleted. I am getting 2,3 spots with same identity on 2D gels and we are expecting that these could be phosphorylations. Therefore I need to dephosphorylate the lysate. It'll be good if somebody could provide some advice or protocol on this.
