mitochondrial extraction immunoblot - what can be used for calibrating the amount of protein apart from VDAC (Dec/17/2008 )

In my experiments the VDAC is affected do i can' t use him to callibrate the amount of the [rotein load ' what else can i use ???

Ponceau or coomassie staining the membrane will show if you have loaded your gels evenly.
