suitable vectors for 3' UTR Luciferase? - (Dec/09/2008 )

Hi, Im new in the field

i want to validate miRNA- mRNA binding, for this reason i want to to peform luciferase assay for the 3' UTR (5 kb) of my goi
could anyone tell me which vectors are more suitable for this purpose?

we use pMIRREPORT luciferase miRNA expression reporter vector (Ambion) in our lab.

thanxs, I also had a look in the validation literature and i saw that pMIR is the most often used for this purpose
