Secondary antibody - (Nov/21/2008 )
Dear all,
Wondering if there is any differences in the type of secondary antibodies (i.e anti-mouse, anti-goat etc) to the WB. From my own experience (or maybe it is just my perception), anti-mouse seems to give a lower background than other species of secondary antibody, am i wrong?

Nope there is no direct correlation with species and background. That being said, not all antibodies are not created equal and there is definately a difference between antibodies sold by different companies.
