Is it possible to liofilize DNA in order to concentrate your plasmid DNA samples?

Sure, but remember that any salts will be concentrated, unless they are volatile. Why not just EtOH precipitate and resuspend in a smaller volume? Or you could reduce the volume by extraction with butanol (also concentrates salts, though).

I had my plasmid DNA in water, so there was no problem with salt concentration.
