I forgot pretreating the dialysis membrane ! - (Oct/23/2004 )

I forgot pretreating the dialysis membrane ! How do this error affect my dialysis results? Can anybody tell me the function of pretreation?

I always just rinse my dialysis tubes with ddH2O. It is never affect my results!
