Protein purification? - urgent (Oct/29/2008 )

I need a protocol for IgG purification, I've done precipitation with Ammonium sulfate but the IgG was not 100% pure can any one give me any suggestions, or anything new in this field?

you can purify on protein A-agarose.

yes, there is a loading limit on protein A-agarose. so you can run it multiple times until you have enough (or spend a fortune and get a bigger column).
