Who has a good protocol to cut a plasmid? - (Sep/25/2008 )

Hi, I'm preparing a digestion..
I want to cut my vector with NdeI and HindIII of Neb Cut.
Who has a good protocol ? (hours, temperature..quantities etc)?

This is what I would do for my vector digest.

DNA (1ug)
Buffer II - 5ul
NdeI - 0.5ul
HindIII - 0.5ul
Bring up volume to 50ul with water
Mix and incubate at 37C for 1-2 hr.
