IgG SDS-PAGE analysis - (Sep/15/2008 )

Dear All,

I just finished running the SDS-PAGE containg the IgG sample, As I know, it should show 3 bands for IgG sample, but it only showed 2 bands.

I would like to know the problem I did...

Three bands? As good as I know there should be two bands - heavy and light chains.
