what kind of secondary antibody do i need? - (Sep/10/2008 )

Hello,

I am trying to detect the presence of an unknown auto-antibody in patient sera. I will be doing a few Western blots to see if I can pick up a novel band suggesting an immune process. The primary antibody of course will the patient serum. What kind of secondary antibody would be best to order? I was thinking a anti-human IgG but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?
