linearized DNA (entry clone) for LR recombination? - (Sep/10/2008 )
Hi all
I am new to gateway system. I want to do LR recombination. But I am confused as it is not clear in the manual that I should use linearised or non linearised entry clone DNA for LR recombination. For BP recombination it is clearly written that linearized DNA should be used. Can any body help me on this gateway system. Thanks in advance

For LR recombination, no need to linearlize the plasmids.
