I nid help. can give me some idea to continue my project after i doing DNA sequencing?
I m from chemistry field. so i am now at bottom neck.

the aim is wanna find out the DNA got any mutation or not.
But my supervisor ask me to generate futher work.
So, any advise?

Maybe you can check the mutation is sense one or non-sense one.
