Two restriction sites are close each other - Can I use them?? (Jul/24/2008 )

Hello all, I have been searching for this answer in this forum without any success so please help me... I want to use 2 restriction sites to clone my fragment and this is the only pair which I can use. Restriction stes are ApaI and AscI. Problem is these sites are next to other, Is it possible to use these sites ??
