Peptide mapping - Protocol for peptide mapping (Jul/17/2008 )

I am working on recombinant protein, can anyone suggest me the PROTOCOL for PEPTIDE MAPPING using enzymes.

if you like to do it with SDS-PAGE, there are protocols in Methods in Enzymology, I cannot remember the volume; Schägger gels (tricine gels) are to prefer;

better think of MALDI or SELDI separation

Thanks for suggestion but I don't have equipments for MALDI or SELDI. I just wanted to digest my protein with protease n analyze the fragments by HPLC.
