cloning of a fluorecent PCR product - (Jun/30/2008 )
Hi,
I have a fluorescent PCr product obtained after a PCR using labeled forared and reverse primers. Can I clone this fluorescent PCR product in a pGEM T easy vector?
Thanks!

you can try, but you'll have a hard time, see why here.
