Yeast Western - (Jun/30/2008 )

I am going to be doing some westerns from yeast, I think I am pretty well set but if anybody has any general tricks/tips that will save me much heartache I would appreciate the advice.

For me yeast has worked as well bacteria, just make sure you get clean extracts, if they are too snotty they will not run correctly (too much DNA/RNA) so you may need extract digestion.
