Protein questions - (Jun/29/2008 )
I am having some difficulty understanding the nature of what proteins are. Now, they arent always enzymes and they arent always quaternary, I guess I am having difficulty understanding if they are either linear chains of nucleotides or branched chains of amino acids.

Are you trying to learn Biology online? Then may be you should enroll in a real school.
If you are already in a school, you should un-enroll and take up something more understandable like business or law.
From you questions, you do seem like a bright fellow, just that biology may not be for you.

yeah but it didnt make sense...why cant someone just answer it for me? Im not a biology major...im just looking for some help.
