to explain why i see two forms the same protein in SDS-PAGE - (Jun/25/2008 )

I need to explain why they appear two bands of the same protein dimero and the monomer when rune a SDS-PAGE using BME 5% like reducing agent in sample buffer

Try a bit more BME, and try boiling the samples for 5-10 minutes before you load.
