Hallo

can anybody explain me do I need and why to digest pcr product ,where I amplified 2 RE, with those 2 RE ?

you only need to digest your pcr product if you design restriction sides from your primer.
Sounds right to me, you amplified 2 RE and use the same RE for digestion. Right direction!

PCR can be used to generate restriction sites, but they will be double stranded and useless unless you cut them to generate the overhangs.
