How to prohibit BL21 Gold(DE3) plysS autolysis - (Jun/11/2008 )

I am using Bl21 Gold DE3 plysS strain as a host to express some proteins, for which the coding gene cloned in pET vector. What's bugging me is that the cells autolyse before I can induce and even in the start culture.
I used the LB to culture the bacteria. Does that matter or shall I try different medium? Has anyone encountered this condition yet?
Thanks a lot.

You have Phage Infection My friend.....

bleach all flasks overnight, then wash them and bake them in the oven overnight again.....clean your entire bench....good luck.
