commercial TA cloning vector with Luciferase - cloning promoter sequences (Jun/06/2008 )
I wonder if someone had made or used a commercial TA cloning vector with Luciferase.
For cloning promoter sequences in order to assess their transcriptional regulatory functions.
I know there is a vector like this but with GFP so I guess there could be with luciferase too......

I guess you can use PGL3 (from promega: http://www.ebiotrade.com/buyf/productsf/Promega/tm033.pdf) for this. I am not sure whether they sell TA or TOPO (mainly invitrogen), but you can make TA vector by yourself: http://search.vadlo.com/b/q?sn=158621799&a...ector&rel=0

Thank you very much for your sugestion.
I know this vector already, but the boss wants a TA vector, personally I’ll prefer to add restriction sites in the oligos, but he ask me to continue looking for a TA vector
