Too low concentration of nuclear extract protein - after isolation (Jun/06/2008 )

I made a mistake during isolation of nuclear extract proteins, so I diluted them too much. Now the concentration of proteins is very low (below 0.5 mg/ml) and I need higher values for Western blot. How can I precipitate a proteins but its important that I use them for WB.
Thanks in advance

you just precipitate protein using any of hte several methods. The extract may not be good for functional assays, but western works as good.
