Hi, all,

Can anyone tell me which vectors i can use to express proteins in S. cerevisia. I need a vector with a weak promoter and low copy number. I also want one vector with a strong promoter and high copy number to express my protein constitutively. It is OK if the vector has an inducible promoter. I searched these vectors online for long time, but i still have not found the ideal vectors.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Finally, i found the vectors I need from ATCC catalogue online. I still write the way the found the vectors just in case that some others need to find out vector to use. It is really a good way to look for vector from ATCC catalogue online. They have the vectors for different species and for different markers.
