Hi,

Can somone pls tell me of a software that gives you the nucleotide and the protein sequence alignmnet together. E.g.

1 agaatagatgatagtagta 19
1 M Y J K L M 6

I mean that gives nucleotide sequennce on top and the protein sequence at the bottom, each with their own numbering to determine where a nucleotide encodes a particulra protein.
