amplificatin of bacterial total RNA - (Mar/06/2008 )

Hello

I am looking for a protocol or some hints how to perform
cDNA synthesis and amplification by using total RNA from bacteria.

cDNA Synthesis can be done using Promega AccessQuick RT-PCR System (catalog# A1701) http://promega.com/catalog/catalogproducts...oductleaf_1522)

I personally swear by Promega. I've used their RT-PCR kits before and have always had great results. They are pretty simple and don't take huge amounts of time either.
