Coating buffer for ELISA - Buffer composition needed...Help (Mar/02/2008 )

Hi,

I need to make 0.05M carbonate-bicarbonate buffer (pH=9.6) for coating antibody in ELISA. Can somebody tell me the composition (including the volumes of the individual buffer) for preparing 100 ml of coating buffer. I will be glad if you can suggest me any useful web link for finding buffer compositions.
