GAPDH primer sequence - cloning of huGAPDH gene (Feb/11/2008 )
Hi there,
I'm trying to normalize my PCR with human GAPDH as a house keeping gene. Would any of you possibly have a the sequence of forward and reverse primers so that I could order them. We could purchase the primers but is it necessary to purchase when we can synthesize ourselves. Thanks a lot

I only have sequences for real time PCR. I got the sequences from published papers - why don't you have a look on pubmed?
