agents to break hydrophobic interactions.. - how to distinguish disulphide vs hydrophobic protein protein interacti (Jan/09/2008 )

how would u distinguish disulphide vs hydrophobic protein-protein interactions? would heat break hydrophobic interactions.. my aggregates r not breaking on 2 min boiling.. neither with DTT..
what else could do it? i need to know the kind of interaction between my protein molecules when they form aggregates?
what could be done!?
