QIAprep vs. QIAquick column - (Dec/25/2007 )

Can I use the blue QIAprep column from the miniprep kit for PCR product purification? Thank you!

I think the columns for PCR purification and gel purification are same. I really do not know if miniprep is same as PCR. are there anybody know any difference between Qia-PBI for PCR purification and QB for gel purification? I thought they were same.

i think the columns are the same as the PCR kit, only it does not contain the buffers for miniprep. Once DNA is added to the columns, it binds and you wash it once and elute it.
